Your Green Builder
At Royalpark Homes, we have always prided ourselves for building homes that are at the forefront of architecture, interior design, technology and — above all — value for your family. For this reason we’re committing ourselves to building new green homes.
Our commitment to building new green homes began with the launch of our first ENERGY STAR® qualified community in Brampton and will continue as we move forward with new residential developments, in Alliston and Milton, Ontario.
We believe every little bit helps. We use long-lasting building materials and reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible to deliver an efficient and future friendly home. Of course, green building encompasses much more than reductions in Electricity and Gas consumption. It means reducing water consumption; reducing waste and re-directing it to more sustainable uses; installing more sustainable products in homes; and improving the indoor air quality for families. Essentially, it means reducing our overall impact, or “footprint” on the environment.
At Royalpark Homes we're working diligently with leaders in the industry to incorporate new technologies, building practices, construction materials and interior finishes into our homes so that we can build great sustainable homes our customers are proud to own for years to come.
